Burl Ives' "Have A Holly Jolly Christmas" is a perfect "album" - a truly cohesive audio snapshot which captures the aura of joy and hope which is what Christmas ought to be all about - even for atheists like myself. Ives re-recorded "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Holly Jolly Christmas", with different arrangements, for his own album Have a Holly Jolly Christmas in Merchandise. Books and other items related to the show have in some cases misspelled "Hermey" as "Herbie".
