    It is clearly evident after this album (and other Outlawz albums) that 2pac was the backbone of the group. He brought the best producers and vision to the songs that are lacking here. I don't mean to rag on Fatal this whole review as "The World Is Changing" is a great song and a high point of the album along with "Getto Star".
